We went to the beach, again- this time just Jason and I!! The boys were home, thanks again Grandma and Aunt Mary!!! We had such a great time together, it was time alone that we needed. It's been two years since we went away just the two of us. We spent two nights at the Nordic in Lincoln City, right on the beach. The weather couldn't have been better- we wore our swim suits one day and the sand was actually hot on our bare feet- for those of you that know the Oregon Coast know how rare that really is. We spent time on the beach every day, went swimming, explored the tide pools, did some shopping and ate at some amazing restaurants. We had such a blast and really enjoyed time together. We are going to make sure that we don't let it go another two years before we do this again. Even though we both missed the boys and were ready to see them again, it was so good to have this time alone- Thanks Jas for an amazing time together, I love you!!

We built a camp fire and roasted marshmallows our first night, very romantic! It was so much fun- we just sat, talked and enjoyed each others company- We were out there for a few hours just talking, it was great!

Oh your pics are beautiful, it looks the weather was better there than it was here...although that's usually how it is. I'm glad you guys got away, I think all of us parents of little ones deserve it once in a while. Does this mean our turn is next??? LOL
So jealous, I love the NC beaches, but nothing beats Lincoln City. You guys got so lucky to have such gorgeous weather. I can't wait till Marcus & I can have some time.
