My girls

We have been to quit a few weddings this summer. Two that we have been apart of are girls that are very close to my heart, Rebecca England and Kylie Pippen- I love them both very much. They have been my boys babysitters for years and have been such an amazing influence in their lives and mine. I am very picky about who I leave my boys with, so to have girls like this that I can trust fully with my sweet boys has been a blessing. They have been so wonderful and I feel blessed to have them in our lives! It has actually been hard for Kaleb to see these two girls get married, he decided with both of them at one time or another that he was going to mary them. He even cryed when one got engaged and said, "but she's mine, I saw her first." It was actually heartbreaking, he really loves these girls. He seems to pick his future brides a little older than him- one day though I hope that the girl he chooses will be like these sweet girls. I love them and am so happy and proud of them.

A sweet hug from Becca at the reception.

Baby on the way!!!

We are excited to announce that we will be expecting our 3rd little one the end of March! We are very excited and can't wait to learn more about our new little one. Here is the first ultrasound- not much of a picture, but I am only 9 weeks.

Anniversary

We celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary August 18th. I can't believe it has been 9 years already, I feel old! Seriously though- I love Jason so much and look at the life we have made together and feel so blessed!! He is so good to me and makes me feel loved every day. I couldn't ask for more than that! I look forward to many more years to come, I love you Jas!

We were so young!

Jason surprised me with flowers, they were beautiful! We went to the temple and then to The Melting Pot, one of our favorite restaurants, to celebrate our special day- it was a lot of fun.

Trip to the lake

We made another trip to the lake to see Becky, Jason's sister, and her little guy. They were visiting from North Carolina, it was great to see them. We were also able to have Melissa and Sam with their two boys. We had a great time skiing, eating and playing some spoons.

This is Becky and Marcus's little one Garrett, isn't he adorable? We wish Marcus could have been there too, next year!!
David and Jason decided to have some fun on the little kid skis, just for fun.
This was a great summer for me, I really got the hang of slalom skiing and was actually proud of myself! It's taken a few years, but I finally feel like one of the Poe's- well, as far as skiing goes!!!
Yeah, here's Jas- he's awesome, so are his sisters- I learned from the best!
Soaking in the sun.
Owen, Kaleb and Jaren- they had a great time jumping off this huge boulder- not my favorite choice, but they had a blast!
Kaleb tried skiing for the first time this year. Daddy was right there in the water the whole time. He did pretty good and hopefully will try again next year!
This is the snake I caught, the boys had a blast with it.
mmmm, smores!!

Clark County Fair

Every year we go to the Clark County Fair- we look forward to it! We had a great time this year and saw some fun animals and just enjoyed the time there.

We went to a motocross bike show, it was actually pretty cool. They did some pretty cool tricks.
There were some exotic animals there this year. This lioness came right up to the fence, she was beautiful.
The sharks were pretty cool.
The boys even got to pet a skunk.
Kaleb went on the roller coaster with daddy, fun!
Here's Jaren loving his ride on the pony- he didn't want to get off when it was over.

We got to go to Banks this year with the Poe's. They do this every year with a group from their Stake in Olympia. It is in eastern Washington- a little bit of a drive, but a lot of fun. We camped for 4 days and enjoyed skiing, beautiful weather, and just having fun with family and friends.

Grandma went tubbing with Kaleb and me, it was fun!
Sam, Melissa and Owen with Jason, me and Kaleb- enjoying the amazing water!
Kaleb couldn't get enough of the tubbing action!
Grandpa driving the boat.
This is the beach that we would stay at all day.
Kaleb and Owen having fun together.
This is the group that we went with, a lot of people and a lot of fun!
Cousin Jeremy played his guitar and Jaren just sat there and watched.
Here's our family at the local mexican restaurant one night, it was very good!
My brother recently got married- well July 25th, but I am finally posting. We went to Rexburge, Idaho for the wedding- long drive, but we had a good time. Then we had an open house at my parents house a week later. Here are some fun pics of the event-

My mom and Annile taking a little break.
My grandma and grandpa tearing up the dance floor- there were really good!!!
My crazy but adorable little sister that loves the camera!
I love this picture!
Aunt Merritt and Kaleb dancing together, so cute!
By the end of the night on the wedding day, Jaren was exhausted and would lay on the floor, it was actually very funny!!
The reception was at the Rexburge Air Museum. Kaleb loved all the cool airplanes!
Yeah, we were all a little tired and crazy by the end of the night!
Isn't that a beautiful temple?
Uncle Holden and Jaren- another picture that I just love!
There we are at the temple.
Aren't they adorable?
Silly boys.
