Mother's Day... Part 2

This Mother's Day was such a wonderful day for me. To be able to bless Elliana confirmed to me again how blessed I am as a mother. I have two amazing little boys and a beautiful daughter now, how could life get any better? I know that being a mother is the best thing I could ever do. I just want to share a quote from a card that I just love and feel it sums up what being a mother is all about.

"Motherhood is watching a sleeping child and not remembering how you were before this tiny miracle came into your life...
It's kissing away sleepy teardrops and singing precious lullabies.
It's being able to fix a broken toy and gently bandage a knee.
It's having a childlike imagination that plans backyard treasure hunts and telling the most wonderful bedtime stories.
Motherhood is the perfect blend of being strong-willed and gentle-hearted, of wisdom, innocence, and love.
Motherhood is the most important job of all."

With that said, Happy Mother's Day to all you mother's out there. I know it's late, but I haven't had time to post this until now- better late than never!!!

Mother's Day

What an amazing Mother's Day this was for me. To be able to bless our little princess on Mother's Day was so neat. It was a day full of family, friends and a reminder of how priceless these little spirits are that we are given to take care of.

My amazingly talented mother in law made not only the dress, but the shoes and hair band as well- all by hand!!!!! As Jason's cousin put it, "It looks like a baby ball gown." I couldn't have said it better.

Amazing!

My little angel.

Isn't she beautiful?
I love this dress, she looked so precious.

Don't ask me, I have no idea what they were doing, I just thought it was funny!!!

All the Poe kids with their little ones. Becky even flew in for the weekend!

Big Boy Underwear!!!!!

Yes, it's true- Jaren is a potty trained little boy!!! Jas actually took the initiative and did most of the work, good job hun!!! It is so nice to not have two little ones in diapers at the same time now. Jaren is very proud of his big boy underwear and has done so well!!!

Aaahhh, I love that little butt!!!

Baseball Time Again

It's baseball season again and Kaleb is loving it. It's been fun watching him grow so much this year. He is doing coach pitch and has really improved. His last game he got 4 hits, one of which was a double. Jason is assistant coach again this year and loves it.

Loves being catcher.

Up to bat.

Jas pitching to Kaleb- coaches pitch to their own boys, hence the "coach pitch."
