Kaleb's first ski trip
Jason has been wanting to take Kaleb skiing for a while and finally got the chance last night. They went to Mount Hood Meadows for some night skiing, just the two of them- I would have loved to come, but I can't really ski right now! They had a really good time and Kaleb did great, I was impressed! Jason got some video and I will try to get that on here, but I have been having a hard time getting any video to work the last few days. Anyway, they had a good time and Kaleb wants to go back, which is a good sign with him!!!
This is the cool conveyer belt that they rode, very cool and a great way to help the little guys out!
Daddy and Kaleb on the lift- I'm glad I wasn't there to watch that, it probably would have given me a heart attack!!!

Around the house
Not too much around the Poe house lately. Just trying to get things ready for our little one and keeping busy with a house full of boys- yes, Jason is included in that!
Mmmmmm, chocolate!
The boys playing nerf guns- notice Jaren trying to aim his gun!
Kaleb dressed Jaren in his Iron Man costume, so cute.
Finally!!!
Kaleb finally got himself a Falcon Wing. There may be a few that know what that is, most probably don't. You earn them by doing something nice or respectful, out of the ordinary kind of things. Well, a few days before this there was an assembly to recognize all the kids that had received one so far this year. Kaleb came home very sad because he didn't understand why he hadn't gotten one yet, and kept saying that he was always good and did nice things. I tried to explain that he is an amazingly good boy and that there are 20 kids in his class and only one teacher, but he was still very upset. Well, the very next day he came home with one- I can't explain the excitement on his little face!! Not only that but the relief to me as well, he is such a good boy and he really felt like he was doing something wrong in school. Well, we are so proud of him and had to share this achievement! It's funny, the next two days after that he came home with three more, WOW!! Good job my little man!
